Today, Central IL CEO and Sangamon Valley dove into DISC with Dr. Sarah Probst Miller, and it was such a powerful session!

Students explored how to recognize and understand each DISC style—not to label or divide—but to learn how to move toward one another. They practiced how to communicate in ways that others best receive, and discovered how turning their own DISC strengths into a superpower can create connection instead of barriers.

Thank you, Dr. Probst Miller, for giving our students such practical tools for leadership, teamwork, and authentic communication!
