This morning our CEO students visited Align Production Systems in Decatur and heard from CEO Jason Stoecker.

Jason shared how he grew Align from a fledgling business into a thriving company through strategic mergers and acquisitions. Students learned what M&A looks like in real life — along with what it truly takes to be a business owner: vision, purpose, organization, and intentional leadership.
