This morning, our Sangamon Valley CEO class visited Piatt County Mental Health Center and heard from Tony Kirkman.

After a tour and learning more about how The Center serves its clients, Tony shared an important reminder: strong leaders must also take care of their own mental health.

As leaders, we are responsible for others — but we are also responsible for maintaining healthy boundaries, recognizing when we need support, and leading from a place of wellness.
